DC Slim Collet Chuck Extension Adaptor
This extension adaptor another kind of extension tool holder rod, which works with DC slim collet, no need collet nut. The DC slim collet chuck is good to extend the reach of spindle tooling in CNC milling machines. It is also a good way for foam milling, as its long reach performance. There are ST12, 16, 20, 25, 32-series, also called AST12, 16, 20, 25, 32-series.

How to use the DC extension slim chuck:
1, Put the cutter mill bit into the suitable DC collet, then put the DC collet into the front end of the slim tool holder;
2, The cutter bit shank should be over the collet clamping length, make sure the bit clamped well;
3, Use the suitable wrench to tighten the screw from the back end of the slim tool holder, get the DC collet to hold the cutter bit tightly.
