This is a balanced ISO 30 tool holder (cone) that is used for ISO 30 taper systems. It is woodworking tool holders for wood working auto tool changer CNC routers. All HSD ISO 30 ATC spindles use this cone. The HSD Auto Tool Changer clamping system uses the pull stud at the end to pull the cone precisely into the spindle's taper.

ISO30 ER32 Toolholder, A=42mm. Commonly known as ISO30 for many HSD and Biesse equipped CNC routers. Balanced to 24,000 rpm <=G2.5, ISO30 toolholder includes HSD pull stud and ER32 collet nut.

Using unbalanced covernuts or tool holders will damage the spindle.

Correct installation of the collet and tool is required to avoid damaging tooling, cones, and spindles.
